Nalsima ride with Higashi-san out to Kobu Tunnel via Hinohara-kaido, then down to Uenohara and back to Tokyo on Route 20. After reaching Takao I rolled down the Asakawa to Tamagawa with Higashi-san, then back home. The pace of the Nalsima ride was good, not too fast but not slow. On the climb up to Kobu Tunnel I pushed hard to get some climbing effort in my legs before the Iiyama hill climb next week. Thanks to the Nalsima guys for the nice ride!
