I didn't feel so good when I woke up this morning, so I decided to start my ride at an easy pace and just see how things went. Takao over to Ome, then up to Okutamako and all the way out to the far west end of the lake where the Ome-kaido ends at the Tokyo city limit, turn around, and back home the way I came. There was a pretty strong wind for most of the ride. I managed to maintain an average speed of 31 km/hr, which is surprising considering I didn't feel very good.
