Today I did some speed work on Route 20 out to Otsuki and back. After warming up, I did two 15-minute intervals at roughly 80% max with a 5-minute rest in between. Then, after a 20-minute rest, I did another interval for 20 minutes. Finally, on the way home, I did about 10 minutes of power work by climbing Otarumi in my 53 chainring.
