When I started a medio with the second resistance at first, I soon gave up and changed to the lowest. Then I found there are a lower setting... I made a mistake. So the medio yesterday were probably done at the setting of 3, instead of 2.
Then I started with the second resistance. It was rather easy, so I did it for 30min, and then changed to the 4th and did 4min.
Medio- : 2nd, 90rpm, 30min
Solia: 4th, 90rpm, 4min (just after medio, without rest)

btw, the heart rate monitor wouldn't work even after I changed the battery. If you know something to try, can you tell me?
