UTokyo bicycle racing team

Today my quadriceps somewhat hurt. It may be because I mainly pushed the pedal inversely to decelerate yesterday. So I had to concentrate not to use quadriceps, but to use biceps femoris.
I didn't have so much time today, so I did only one medio and one solia in low cadence.
medio: 10min, 4th, 75rpm
solia : 3min, 7th, 75rpm, at the first trial I gave up only in one minute, but after a a minute rest, I tried again and I did it!!
